If you receive an item different from what was described, or that is defective
(e.g. DVD does not play), please contact us immediately. If our product is
defective, you may return your item to us for a refund or exchange (if
available). A defective product is a DVD or a VHS tape that does not play on a
machine designated to fit its specifications. For example, a Region 1 DVD does
not play on a Region 2 DVD player. This does not constitute a defect in the
product. However, if you have a Region 1 DVD player that is functional and still
does not play your purchase from us, we are more than happy to exchange the
defective DVD for you. In such cases we may request of you to allow us to test
the item (open a factory sealed DVD or VHS) before shipping you the replacement.
We would like to give you our guarantee that we will not substitute your
purchase with a used item.
PLEASE NOTE: Since we sell internationally, it is the buyer’s responsibility
to make sure that he/she has the necessary equipment that matches the
specifications of a given DVD or VHS. Most, not all DVDs that we carry are made
for Region 1 and you need to have a machine that can accommodate such a
specification. No refunds will be issued based on region/device incompatibility.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same
condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within one week of
receipt.
Shipping and handling charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer.
Find more information below on how your refund will be handled. In all cases we
need
to receive the item before we can send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be for the total dollar amount of the product,
excluding shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within one week of
receipt of the
return item. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account, and
Docworkers will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
